What does mah stands for?

What does mah stands for ? 

While describing the modern days battery performance or power, better we use the term mah.

ma = micro ampere

ampere is the unit of current so micro ampere is like micro meter

h = hour

We know that current is the rate of flow of electric charge

i.e  current = charge / time

charge = current * time 

mah = micro ampere * hour

so for example 3000 mah means the battery can give 3000 micro ampere of current for 1 hour , 

it can give 1000 mah for 3 hour of time

it can give 500 mah for 6 hour of time

it can give 300 mah for 10 hour of time
